**Key Objectives**:
The Administrator shall be responsible for supporting the department by performing day to day administration activities, including minute taking, producing documentats in electronic format, assisting in document control, procurement, expediting deliveries, work planning, filing and secretarial support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Raising Purchase orders and Invoicing.
- Answer telephones and taking client calls and documenting requirements (including minute taking).
- Use of SAGE and Microsoft Office to create new projects
- Ensure project documents are issued
- Arrange shipping of client orders and associated documentation including docs to be attested by the chamber of commerce
- Any other ad hoc admin duties to ensure the smooth running of the project including but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.

**Qualifications**:

- GCSE standard or equivalent in Maths and English.

**Skills**:

- Competency in Microsoft Office, specifically MS Word, Excel & Outlook.
