Float position supporting teams on the trading floor team with a number of different levels from MD's through to Graduates in London. The role requires a committed individual with solid organisational skills, who can multi-task and work well under pressure in a demanding environment. The individual must also maintain professionalism and possess outstanding prioritisation and organisational skills.

**Description**:

- Diary management - co-ordinating, gate keeping, ensuring that schedules are adhered to whilst taking account of conflicting priorities and multiple demands on time
- Arrange meetings, both internal and external (including conference calls and video conferences), taking account of complex diaries and time-zone differences
- Working closely with, and providing back-up support to, other assistants in the area, covering for each other when necessary
- Process expenses and reimbursement through SAP in a timely manner
- Liaise with numerous management offices and key departments across the Bank
- Liaising with head-hunters to arrange interview schedules
- Updating of team distribution lists
- Dealing with general enquiries

**Requirements**:

- Experience working within Corporate Finance or Global Capital Markets
- Ability to show initiative, prioritise and multi-task
- Ability to work in an efficient manner independently and in a team environment
- Proactive, able to work on own initiative and prioritise own workload as well as able to understand the priorities and changing demands of a team in order to adapt support
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Professional demeanour
- High attention to detail, whilst juggling several tasks and deadlines
