We are seeking a **Night Care Workers** to join one of our adult residential care team at our service in Hazel Grove. You will work as part of an Adult residential care team providing Night time Support for individuals with their physical, clinical, health, emotional and social needs with an emphasis on promoting independence, whilst preparing, assisting, and enabling them to fulfil the aims of their person-centred care plan. Safeguarding vulnerable people, both children and Adults is a priority for all employees.

The people we support have a variety of complex needs which may include learning difficulties, Autism spectrum conditions, including behaviours perceived as challenging, mobility, communication, health, and social care needs.

**Location** - Hazel Grove

**Hours**:

- 40 hours per week (4 x 10 Hour Shift, working 4/7 days on rotational basis)

**Salary**:

- £22,692.80 annual salary (Based on a rate of pay of £10.91ph).

**In addition to this basic salary, you can also earn £87.50 per each sleep in and an additional 25% enhancement for all weekend hours worked.**

2 yearly salary increments.

27 days annual leave rising to 30 after 5 years and 33 after 10 years plus bank holidays.

Occupational sick pay and family friendly policies including enhanced maternity.

Flexible working encouraged.

Continuous professional development - Enrolled for QCF level 3 after 6 months’ probation.
