**Summary of Role**
The Document Controller that will undertake a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks with our London Project Team. The role will be site based at one of our major projects located in Canary Wharf. To ensure the project teams have adequate support to work efficiently.
The goal is to ensure the smooth running of the Projects document control and contribute in driving to smooth operation of the projects.
**What you will be doing**
- Use of Viewpoint for Projects, Aconex, Project Plus, Data Scope Systems.
- Management of project file naming protocols and curating of all incoming and outgoing project documentation
- Configuration and preparation of project reports, sample submissions, TQs, RFIs and other reportable data
- Establishment and maintenance of central site files, controlled and uncontrolled drawings and registers.
- Issuing documents to the relevant document control platform but not limited to.
- Liaison with the whole team both in the office and on site.
- Ad-hoc administrative support to the site team.
- Cover of administrative duties for holiday / sickness cover, if applicable.
**What we will need from you**
- Proven experience as a Document Controller or a similar role, across various document control platforms.
- Self-Motivated individual who applies initiative and requires mínimal supervision.
- Ability to manage a number of priorities at the same time.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and construction site experience
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, and experience of working with a number of different Document Control systems e.g. Project Plus, Aconex, MSite, Viewpoint
- Successful, positive & professional communication with clients and colleagues at all levels.
