Accounts Payable Assistant

**Job Overview**:
We are Angstrom Technology a leading expert in cleanroom design, and we require a Accounts Payable Assistant to join our Finance Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoice processing - direct or via matching to purchase orders, includes employee expenses.
- Payment processing
- Statement reconciliations
- Query resolution.
- Garnering invoice approvals from buyers
- Handling incoming calls to the department
Key Requirements:
- Proven purchase ledger professional min. 3 years - recent experience
- Use of Sage 50 and Sage 200
- Working with multiple companies - we have 4 companies: 2 main trading companies + 2 smaller admin sites
- Operating with multiple currencies: GBP, Euro and USD
**Job Type**: 6 month Fixed Term Contract, Part -time 16-24 hours per week between 8.30 and 5pm, possibility of hybrid working after approximately 8 weeks settling in period on -site.
**Salary**: approximately £16.00 per hour DOE.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: £16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
