- excellent communication skills both written and spoken and the ability to take and follow instruction to the letter, with close attention to detail.

- empathy and understanding of a bereaved families' needs.
- previous administrative experience is preferred but not essential.
- an ability to assist those families we serve (in selecting a final resting place).
- an ability to arrange and manage archived documents.

The role involves administrative duties as well as answering the telephone phone and welcoming families. You will be part of a team looking after and helping bereaved families. You will be expected to work closely with our dedicated funeral directors and management tea We are a collegiate organisation and an ability to support and respect your colleagues is essential. You will be expected to uphold the highest standards.

Normal working days are Monday-Friday, however you may be expected to work the occasional Saturday.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
