We are looking to recruit a Bodyshop Administrator, where the primary focus will be managing client communications to deliver an exceptional level of customer service. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in handling enquiries, administrative tasks, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

**Main Purposes of Job**: The key responsibilities of the Bodyshop Administrator include processing customer enquiries, managing queries, handling payments, collaborating with team members for optimal customer care, overseeing vehicle check-ins, liaising with other departments for vehicle repairs, working within critical timescales, and managing site courtesy vehicles.

**Key Objectives**: Your main objective will be to manage the 'Customer Journey,' ensuring that all our customers receive the highest standard of service. As a Bodyshop Administrator, you will be accountable to the General Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Processing of all Customer Enquiries**: Efficiently handle and process customer enquiries to ensure timely resolution.

**Managing Customer Queries**: Address and resolve customer queries, providing accurate and helpful information.

**Handling Payments from Customers**: Process payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring a secure and smooth transaction process.

**Working with Team Members**: Collaborate with team members to maintain the highest level of customer care and satisfaction.

**Overseeing Customer Vehicle Check-Ins**: Manage the check-in process for customer vehicles, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

**Liaising with Other Departments**: Coordinate with other departments to facilitate the repair process of customer vehicles.

**Working to Critical Timescales**: Adhere to critical timescales, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.

**Management of Site Courtesy Vehicles**: Oversee the availability and condition of site courtesy vehicles to meet customer needs.

**What kind of person we are looking for?**:

- Keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in IT skills, specifically MS Office.
- Previous experience in automotive administration is advantageous but not essential.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
