RCP is a dynamic business that manages and operates car parks nationwide, and we are currently looking for a positive, hard-working and energetic person to join our team. We are family-run and pride ourselves on being "the friendly car park operator", so a good attitude to customer service is important. This varied role is to work with the Permit Parking, Income, and PCN department. A detailed list of the type of tasks involved will be supplied during the recruitment process, but here is a taste of what is expected:
**Permit Parking**
Adding and editing customer accounts
Dealing with customer account queries
Adding/editing sites and tariffs
Invoicing/crediting customers

**Income**
Entering income spreadsheets
Checking pay machine activity, faults etc.
Occasionally visiting car parks for on-site checks
Resolving and reporting income discrepancies
Administrating secure cash collections

**Parking Charge notices (PCNs)**
Supporting the processing of new PCNs and dealing with appeals
Assisting colleagues and customers with PCN problems

**General**

**Skills and Abilities**
You must:
Have excellent communication skills
Display good customer service skills
Be computer literate and able to use all Microsoft products
(excel/word/outlook/teams, etc.)
Have good numeracy and data input skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
