Receptionist

My client is looking for a Part time Reception covering 15 hours per week Monday and Tuesday on an ongoing basis to start immediately.
You may need to cover extra hours for sickness or holidays.
To provide an efficient and effective administration support in the delivery of all contracts, client, and tenant work; to adopt a customer focused approach when dealing with internal and external customers; to deliver an impartial and objective service to all clients to ensure an inclusive service is delivered.
The Responsibilities
- Perform reception duties in an efficient, professional and courteous manner.
- Provide an excellent front of house service and 1st contact point for all tenants.
- Handle switchboard telephone enquiries in a professional manner, delivering excellent customer service in an efficient and effective manner. Process messages in a timely and accurate manner and enquiries to a satisfactory conclusion
- Maintain up to date knowledge on the services offered by the Company. Communicate and liaise verbally and in writing between clients, tenants, associates and other third parties and relevant staff, and interpret and respond clearly and effectively to all requests and instructions.
- Maintain an up-to-date awareness, training and CPD of Equality & Diversity issues and how to professionally deliver an inclusive service to all clients.
- Proactively co-ordinate meeting room hire and internal bookings, setting rooms up and set up meeting rooms for various events, courses and activities undertaken on site.
- File documents and data and perform other routine administrative tasks as assigned for other departments as needed.
- Order and maintain the relevant levels of office supplies for the office, in compliance with Company guidelines for stationary levels and purchases.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, tenants, suppliers and the general public.
- Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to relevant health and safety procedures.
- To work flexibly in the admin team to support colleagues when busy and provide occasional cover in other office locations.
- To carry out any other duties from time to time, as reasonably requested, by the management.
Part time 15 hours per week working Monday and Tuesday 8:45am - 5pm
Will be required to work extra to cover holidays or sickness
£11.44 per hour
