**The Company**:Nationally recognised, market-leading Wealth Management firm based in Central Manchester looking to recruit an experienced IFA/Wealth Management Administrator as their technical support team looks to grow. **The Role**:Working as part of the Wealth Planning team within a Support Role, providing administrative support to the paraplanning team and Wealth Planning Advisors:

- To maintain client files and records on iO through standing data amendments including new client set-up and deletion.
- Answering client calls and queries professionally.
- Preparation of meeting packs ahead of client meetings
- As required client contact, arrangement of meetings, annual reviews and similar activities.
- To manage the annual review process on iO in conjunction with the Advisor and Paraplanner.
- As required, to liaise with the operations and administration teams across the wider business.
- To reflect and adhere to culture of compliance in all relevant tasks and throughout the company
- Develop own professional expertise through on the job training, formal training and, where appropriate, professional qualifications
- Carry out any other duties as may reasonably be required.

**The Person**:Must have 2+ years’ experience (minimum) within a private wealth focused advice business. Intelligent Office system experience would also be advantageous, as well as exposure to managing clientele sitting in the HNW arena. Pastexposure to taking on client relationship management responsibilities and a general, consultative attitude to client/adviser support is also required.
