**Title: Yard Operative / Part Time Warehouse Operative**

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a part time Yard Operative on behalf of a well established Crewe based client who specialise in the processing of plastic grocery trays.

**Daily Duties will include**:

- Managing the yard effectively in order to maximise efficiency
- Directing drivers to the correct loading bay
- Organising the yard in order to hit 'turn around' times
- Collating figures and reporting back Warehouse Manager
- Completing basic repairs of equipment
- Meeting daily KPI's targets
- Have strong leadership skills
- Have the ability to be assertive but also remain professional at all times
- Have a good level of English
- Be willing to work outside in all weather conditions
- Be able to work as part of a team to meet figures
- Be able to work well under pressure

**Hours are**:
**2 days per week, working 10am-2pm.**

**Immediate starts available, with long term on-going work.
**Benefits & Requirements**:

- Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
