Elevens Bar and Grill - Gareth Bale's premium city centre Sports Bar in the heart of his hometown Cardiff. We're looking for passionate people who share Elevens' passion for sport, instilled by owner Gareth Bale, as well as a passion for bartending and customer service. This is an extremely exciting role for a bartender to join as we set to ensure that Elevens is always the place to be.

**What we are looking for from our Bartenders..**
- A first rate personality and a natural gift for hospitality, it's a fast paced environment and we want people who thrive on that.
- Fun, outgoing individuals with a real passion for the food & drink industry.
- Be able to follow instructions as well as work off your own initiative as well as a team.
- Be flexible and available to work weekends and evenings.
- Means of transport to the job as public transport timetable is not suitable around this role.
- EXPERIENCE as a Bartender in a busy bar or restaurant is ESSENTIAL.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Friendly and confident personality
- Flexible working hours
- Punctual & reliable
- Previous bartending experience
- Age 18 years +

Job Duties:

- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and serving beverages to guests in accordance with company standards
- Handle payments and float in accordance with company standards
- Identify belligerent customers, and work with management when needed to maintain a safe environment
- Ensure that the bar, front-of-house, and other areas are clean and maintained
- Other duties as requested

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
