**Job Type**: Temporary, Part-time

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced bartender to work on a temporary basis at our establishment just outside of Cardiff, Wales. As a temporary bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, interacting with customers, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring that all customers have an enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and take their orders
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar area
- Follow all health and safety procedures and regulations
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Upsell products and promotions to customers
- Ensure that all customers are satisfied with their experience

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a bartender
- Knowledge of mixing and serving drinks
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Must be at least 18 years of age

Education and Certifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bartending certification preferred, but not required

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items, such as cases of beer or bottles of liquor
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach
