Our client is a successful independent estate agency based in Epsom. They’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in property to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone that is looking for an opportunityfor career progression.
**As a Sales Manager, you’ll be required to work the following**:
- Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 6:00 pm
- 1 in 3 Saturdays with a day off in lieu
**The successful Sales Manager will be offered**:
- Basic £25,000 - £30,000 (Depending on Experience),
- 5% of branch sales
- 3% of own sales made
- Progression opportunities
**To be considered for the Sales Manager role you must have the following**:
- Previous managerial experience in Property
- Excellent ability to build rapport and exceptional customer service skills
- Motivated to exceed targets
- A proactive and positive approach to business generation
- Full UK driver’s license
- Hardworking with great attention to detail
**As a Sales Manager, your role will involve the following**:
- Set up sales objectives and ensure they’re hit
- Mentor and train staff
- Build strong and long-standing customer relations
- Maximising income profit and growth revenues
- Negotiating and closing for sales
