**The Role**

Your role will be to assist us to help us achieve our goal of valuing care workers and delivering outstanding care to residents. You will do this by working in partnership with the team to work through our processes, and continually developing them.

The Recruitment Coordinator will assist with all day-to-day operations of the business. Including the recruitment of new staff, maintaining compliance of existing staff, and coordinating staff rotas. You will also be required to be on-call on a rota basis, this does not involve hands-on care.

Success in this position is ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the business and striving for growth.

You will work in partnership with Recruitment Consultants in Suffolk and Essex.

**Location**

Our office base is Wharfside House, Prentice Road, Stowmarket, IP14 1RD. In general, we work from the office, however, we do allow flexible working from home as per business needs.

**Job Purpose**

The purpose of our Recruitment Coordinator is to provide care services with well-trained, consistent care staff. As well as creating care employment that makes people feel valued and supported.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Shift coordinating
- Recruitment activities including booking and conducting interviews.
- Actively ensure we meet CQC and Recruitment Compliance.
- Maintain training compliance for the existing staff team.
- Manage care staff to continually deliver better service.
- Service clients regularly to ensure quality
- General admin duties
- Payroll and invoicing administration
- On-call

**The Details**
- Working hours are 09:00-16:30 with a 30-minute lunch break (35-hour contract)
- £23k to £25k salary, experience depending
- On-call - This can be done from home/out and about and does not require hands-on care.

**Skills/Qualifications**
- To have an excellent telephone manner
- To be highly personable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- To be highly proactive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic
- Previous recruitment/admin experience would be an advantage
- Driving license is preferable

This position would be ideally suited for a person for a highly motivated person, that is passionate about both the people we care for and our care team.
