Responsible for ensuring that our patients always receive the best quality patient experience.
Optimising utilisation of surgery time and supporting the efficient and effective running of the Practice.
This includes:
Taking ownership of the daily and weekly tasks to be completed by the reception team
Supporting the promotion of patient choice through providing information about products, services, promotions, available finance options and oral health products
Build and nurture great working relationships with the Clinical team
Be actively involved in the smooth running of the practice by working well with your practice team and manager.
Share your knowledge and experience with team members and undertake any suitable training to enhance your job role
Always adhering to polices and procedures.
Welcome patients whether it be in person or over the phone, establishing the reason for their visit/call and ensure they are treated in a friendly, courteous and professional manner always communicating information about waiting times
Accurately update and protect patient information including on the patient electronic database
Book next appointments before the patient leaves and action reminders including courtesy calls.

- Friday: Practice open hours
Weekends
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From £11.53 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
