**Performance Manager** wanted on a Temporary basis to start as soon as possible, do you have experience with data analysis and have the skills to build relationships then this could be an interesting opportunity for you
This is a full time position (37.5 hours) you will be office based in the Yeovil office 2-3 days of the week with the other days working from home. Our client are offering a 3 month contact initially, pay rate GBP14.33ph - GBP16.97ph depending on experience.
Key responsibilities of the role:

- To provide expert specialist advice relating to the **interpretation of data** metrics and standards
- To ensure provision of accurate performance and **information monitoring** and early warning of potential performance shortfalls
- To develop robust operational plans, meaningful performance metrics and delivery mechanisms for the achievement of performance targets across all services
- To **assess, analyse and collate complex data** to assess future demand and capacity requirements based on performance assumptions and evidence based transformation options
- To ensure high quality data and information is available to support decision making
- To support on the reporting of Framework, co-ordinating updates from Service Leads, recommend and implement corrective actions where performance is not meeting the required level
- To **write briefing notes, exception reports or presentations** for the Team to provide oversight and assurance and which support the decision-making process
- Lead, chair or attend meetings on behalf of the Head of Performance
