RDL Scientific are seeking a Clinical Trial Recruitment Coordinator for a leading Clinical Trial Unit based in Cambridge to support the Recruitment team in the identification and assessment of potentially suitable volunteers to take part in Phase 1 - II Clinical Trials.

**Responsibilities**:

- To recruit healthy volunteers for in-house FTIH, Phase 1 and Experimental Medicine clinical studies.
- To assist in establishing and maintaining a panel of healthy volunteers to undertake Phase 1 and experimental methodology clinical studies
- Undertake clinical procedures required for screening assessments of healthy volunteers.
- Work with HRA, ICH, GCP, GLP, ethical, regulatory, legal and all relevant procedural guidelines

**Qualities**:

- Ability to maintain and promote relationships with internal and external figures
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritise workload and handle a highly diverse workload
- Good communication and engagement skills
- Flexibility in handling change
- Possess a professional and mature persona, acting with discretion, proactively,initiative and diplomacy at all times

**Experience and Skills**:

- Degree in Life Science/ Certificate in clinical research
- Experience in the use and management of electronic databases.
- Ability to use Microsoft Word & PowerPoint, and a demonstrated proficiency in the use of Excel
- Demonstrated planning and organisational skills with ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- An ability to demonstrate quality deliverables at all times
- Experience working within ICH GCP guidelines, and to SOPs
- Experience of working in a healthcare environment and in performing clinical activities and patient assessments.
- ILS/BLS certified
