**Customer Operations Administrator**
**Key duties**:
- Support the Customer Support Manager in timely resolution of complex customer queries
- Monitor and compile KPI reports for key customers
- Raise sales invoices and credits as required
- Reconcile proof of deliveries
- Setup and maintain customer records
- Support the Transport Team in customer query resolution and the day-to-day administration of logistics services
- Maintain supplier records in Gold-Vision CRM (training will be provided)
- Any other ad hoc administration duties required
**Requirements**:
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent organisation and planning skills
- Astute attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Reliable, flexible, and able to work to tight deadlines
- Able to work on own initiative
- Ability to stay focused and work under pressure
- Approachable, calm and professional manner
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
