An excellent opportunity has arisen at a law firm based in the heart of Nottingham for an additional Team Assistant.

Our client is a renowned law firm who are dedicated to making a difference in business and society. Their focus on social and environmental impact sets them apart.

**The Role**

The Team Assistant role plays a crucial part in providing administrative and file management support to the team. The role involves collaborating with fee earners and Practice Assistants to ensure efficient service delivery and supporting the needs and expectations of the team.

The role encompasses a diverse array of responsibilities, including coordinating scheduling for client meetings, directory interviews, and client training in collaboration with the Practice Assistant. Additionally, it involves overseeing the Interaction system to add prospects, clients, and contacts, as well as manage business development information.

This multifaceted role also involves active participation in team meetings, liaising with fee earners and practice assistants to receive instructions and work requirements, providing timely updates on progress to service users as required, and extending assistance with general office duties whenever possible.

**The Requirements**

This role would suit someone who exhibits effective communication skills both internally and externally, possess strong organisational abilities in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate conscientiousness and accountability for the quality and timely delivery of their work, display a positive and adaptable attitude with a keen attention to detail, prioritise customer service, maintain a proactive approach, approach their work professionally and flexibly, and have a strong willingness and ability to continuously learn and develop over time.

**Salary**: £20,850.00 per year
