- Bina Channa- Consultant My client is a fast-growing independent advisory firm that specialises in providing Corporate Finance, Debt Advisory, M&A and Analytics with a focus in the Infrastructure, Power, Energy & Utilities, Real Estate and Transportation sector.

**The Role**

This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the Managing Director level to join an incredibly well-established Debt Advisory franchise. Ideally someone who has a strong network of UK based financial sponsor clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- To originate and manage corporate client relationships in the Infrastructure, Power & Utilities sector across Debt Advisory.
- Working on and managing a range of debt advisory projects with regular interaction with clients, banks, advisors and other service lines
- Management of transaction processes, including the preparation of information packs, management presentations, financial analysis and client communications
- Building and developing client relationships across the region
- Have a broad perspective of debt market trends

**Professional Experience**:

- Must have more than 10+ years’ experience within Debt Advisory, Capital Structuring and covering some Derivatives.
- Must have strong network of UK based financial sponsors.
- Ideally from a competitor debt advisory firm either within a bank, non-bank institution
- Track record of having originated and executed transactions with private equity backed and or and private companies
- Significant experience in debt structuring, credit analysis and financial modelling
- Experience of having negotiated term sheets / legal documentation
- Experience in having led / oversee junior team members.
- Strong academic track record and professional qualifications are desirable.
