**Job objectives and responsibilities**

**Responsibilities**
- Strive to ensure all allocated jobs to the field are completed Right First Time.
- Flagging any risks to relevant stakeholders
- Ensuring notes are updated in an accurate and timely manner for P1&P2 and todays planned works (RW/PPM)
- POC for engineer, OM, Demand lead or Incident Manger
- Management of p1 and p2 critical activities
- Exception management of tickets
- Manage stuck jobs across the contract, ensuring they are closed to aide with accurate reporting.
- Manage PT1 tickets through to completion.
- Issue Daily Availability, Utilisation and Productivity stats.
- Issue a weekly report to CS for Site Audits

**Measure of success**
- All PPM delivered on the day
- All RW completed within SLA
- Challenges that arise on the day are addressed to enable delivery

**Main duties**
- Working hours are 40 hours a week between Monday to Friday between 7am to 7pm as required
- Ensure any high priority work coming through the door is progressed within SLA
- Support the planners as required
- Resolve all issues as they arise
- Escalate as appropriate

**Skills and Behaviours**
- Evidence of being able to work under pressure, good problem solver & able to interrogate data
- Proven background and experience of working within a fast-moving environment.
- A good understanding of customer service levels and key performance indicators
- Good communication skills and IT
- Strong influencing skills
- Good decision maker
- Passionate to deliver good customer service
- Computer literate and conversant in the use of packages such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, & Excel.
- Proven track record in meeting assigned deadlines.
- Prepared to work hours outside of the normal working week to meet with customer demands often at short notice.
- Good communication skills and telephone manner are essential to this role.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Experience of site planning an advantage
- Understanding of supply chain/basic planning process (order, production, delivery)
- Microsoft Intermediate Excel skills
- Knowledge of Maximo/Click or similar CAFM system.
- A knowledge of the hard services and facilities management sectors is desirable
- Educated to A Level standard or equivalent business is desirable

**Health and Safety responsibilities**
- Follow Group and company policies and procedures at all times
- Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment
- Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received
- Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager and /or via your divisional incident reporting system
