**Role Overview**:
As a Shop Supervisor at East West Products Limited, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and successful operation of our retail store. Your responsibilities extend across various aspects of store management, sales leadership, and customer service excellence.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise the daily operations of the shop, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and according to established procedures.
- Manage and motivate shop staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Oversee inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with vendors to replenish supplies as needed.
- Maintain high standards of product quality and presentation, conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements, including proper handling of hazardous materials and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote products, execute promotional activities, and achieve sales targets.
- Handle administrative duties such as maintaining records, preparing reports, and managing budgets to ensure smooth shop operations.
- Address any issues or concerns that arise during daily operations, finding solutions promptly to minimize disruption.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains, implementing best practices to enhance shop performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a retail or similar environment, with a proven track record of supervisory or managerial experience.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals and objectives.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, staff, and management.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and other relevant technology platforms.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience for customers.
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is typically required, with additional education or training in retail management or a related field preferred.

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
