Activate Learning are now looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing Marketing team.
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be writing copy, creating content, preparing forecasts, as well as monitoring and optimising the performance of high quality and engaging campaigns.
Activate Learning has such a wide variety of target audiences that there will be lots of opportunities to be creative and to challenge your current skills in new and exciting ways.
Our Marketing department is a broad collaborative team comprising of Digital Marketing, PR and Communications, Events and School Partnerships, and Design teams. Prospects to be involved in campaigns are never in short supply, so in addition to an incrediblyvaried role, you are continuously developing your skillset and knowledge base.
Permanent, full-time role
Location: Flexibility to be based at any of our campuses in Reading, Bracknell, Oxford, Guildford, or Merrist Wood, with opportunities of working from home and may require occasional travel to other sites.
**Salary**: £28,627 - £30,368 per annum, depending on skills and experience
**What do you need to be a successful Digital Marketing Executive at Activate Learning?**
You need to be commercially driven, self-motivated and creative with strong copywriting skills. You will be a confident communicator with great interpersonal skills to play a key part in both your team and the organisation.
**About you**:
- Experience working with programmatic display, paid social, and paid search platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Editor, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Experience with TikTok and Twitter advertising is desirable, but not essential.
- Knowledge of bid adjustment, dynamic search ads, A/B testing, always on campaigns, keyword intent, remarketing and optimization
- Previous experience of working within a marketing agency is desirable, but not essential.
