**_How does the Apprenticeship work?_**

As an Apprentice, you will be employed, just like anyone else at the company, the difference is that you will be studying towards a qualification.

Any work that you are set within this session is then expected to be complete for the next month’s session. You will be given time each week to do this within your working day/week - so no homework This will all prepare you for your End Point Assessment (EPA) once you have completed all the learning required. **About the Role**:
Reporting to the Trust Office & Admin Manager, this post will be integral to the Central Team and will involve general office administration for the Trust and education team and the welcoming of guests to our offices. There will be a requirement to travel to our training sites, within Leicestershire, as and when required.

**And Day to Day?. You will be Responsible for**:

- Welcoming guests
- Sorting and distributing post
- Processing mileage claims
- Setting up for meetings
- Managing the Trust calendar
- Support the central wider education team with admin
- Answering phones and relaying message
- General admin tasks
