**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for somebody to join our busy AEI HelpPoint Team as a Senior Administrator. This position will be ideal for someone who wishes to extend their technical knowledge, whilst developing their team leadership skills.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Maintain thorough and current working knowledge of procedures, methods and reporting requirements to support the team
- The go-to person in the team for queries and escalations
- Identify and take forward continuous improvement opportunities to enhance the process, improve quality and create capacity
- Ensure the team and senior stakeholders are kept informed of progress and issues
- Acting as a collaborative partner and supporting the co-ordinating the deliveries in other parts of the business, such as ZIB, ZIPAL and ZEL
- Driving skills development within the team
- Ensuring the team deliver quality reporting, ahead of tight deadlines
- Working with the Responsible Officer to review and improve performance and resources etc.
- Working with colleagues to ensure that work is allocated effectively, communicating team plans, adjusting them as needed

- Strong time management and organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloads, especially at times when there are competing deliverables
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Active listening and the ability to hear and interpret messages correctly
- Hardworking and enthusiastic with an ability to take ownership and encourage others to do likewise
