Step into a role within our Licensing team as a Licensing Coordinator where you will play an important & influential part within the Licensing team, interacting with all other relevant functions in the Department and supporting the Merchandisers with building the Licensed product offer

**As Licensing Coordinator you will**:
Supporting the Licensing Managers & Licensing Merchandisers on all Commercial aspects of Licensing Range Build & the Joules buy:

- Develop & maintain Seasonal Range Overviews and/or Product Catalogues
- Collating line lists and pricing from Partners for Merch, ensuring margins align with licensing contracts
- Share and update live Range Plans with ecomm team to ensure full visibility of upcoming ranges. Highlight any new product categories
- Demonstrate thorough working knowledge of the end to end Licensing NPD process and the Joules buy process to keep issues to a minimum
- All product information to be stored and organised effectively, with clear view of what we are taking for Joules channels (for Photography)

Centric &/ Next systems for Joules ecomm & stores:

- Ensure all licensed product is uploaded onto Next systems, working with Licensing Merchandisers
- Work closely with the Ecomm team/Next team and Merch to identify missing product from the website and resolve any upload issues
- Identify opportunities to increase ecomm sales by merchandising product better, working with Ecomm team/Next team

Supporting the Licensing Manager with Department activities relating to other functions within the business:

- Updating Next warehouse teams on new ranges, identifying any H&S issues, packaging concerns
- Support the Licensing Managers on each partners' Licensing Critical Path
- Supporting Boots with identifying suitable product for Boots gift sets, creating design sheets and supporting with tracking samples etc
- Supporting the delivery of the Licensing Strategy, working closely with Licensing Managers on any new business projects
- Product & category research - competitor analysis, creating sales presentations and booking in sales meetings with prospective partners
- General admin support with diary and meetings
- Topline financial support - chasing royalty reports when required

Sample Management:

- Regularly in the office to collect/decant samples and organise in the Licensing room/basement storage
- Maintain sample tracking system we have and where they are stored, responsible for lending samples out to other teams eg. Photography
- Working closely with Marketing & Partners to ensure the Photography have samples they need in time (web shots/lifestyle)

Marketing support:
What we are looking for:

- Degree educated ideally. Licensing experience not essential
- This individual can complete day-to-day task with mínimal input from the Licensing Manager
- The Coordinator at this level will take a higher level of responsibility to support the Licensing Merchandisers
- Excellent planning & organisational skills; able to prioritise tasks and communication
- Commercial acumen; be able to demonstrate a good understanding of competitor activity and environmental factors
- Personal drive, motivation and resilience; show determination and enthusiasm
- Team work; embraces working within a team and understand relationships within relevant internal departments
