QAD/1153/2806 Role: Timesheet Administrator Contract Length: anticipated 6 months Location: Brighton Full Time only - 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday: 8 to 4, 9 to 5, 10 to 6 - During the Training period the worker will need to fit in with the Trainer's working hours. Our client is looking to hire a Timesheet Administrator. A Timesheet Administrator is required to ensure timesheets are processed, monitored and accurate. As Timesheet Administrator you will have experience working in a similar role. We are looking for a Timesheet Administrator with a good working knowledge of Excel and Outlook. As the Timesheet Administrator you will have the following responsibilities:

- Processing Medical Locum Timesheets for UH Sussex Medical Locums ( working to a 3-day SLA and other strict deadlines )
- Ensure Doctors are paid on time.
- Checking the rate table, entering shifts into the system, checking timesheets for accuracy, calculating rates and entering information onto a spread sheet.
- Dealing with queries raised by Doctors if feel they have not been paid correctly.

As Timesheet Administrator you will have worked in a similar role and will have the following skillset:

- Working knowledge of Excel and Outlook
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in working with dates and numbers
- Competent in data entry

Contract Length: anticipated 6 months Pay Rate: £11.85 per hour PAYE Location: Brighton Interview Process: MS Teams
