**About Us**: We are working on behalf of our esteemed client in Warminster, who are the organisers of this well known event this festive season. This magical event draws visitors from all around, and were looking for dedicated individuals to contribute to the success of this remarkable celebration.

**Role and Responsibilities**: As Food/Drink Kiosk and Waiting Staff, your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting and serving visitors with a smile, offering a range of delectable food and beverages.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the kiosk area to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Processing customer orders and payments efficiently, addressing inquiries with professionalism.
- Collaborating with fellow team members to ensure seamless operations during peak festival hours.
- Providing information about menu items, dietary options, and event highlights to enhance the guest experience.
- Assisting in restocking inventory and maintaining appropriate stock levels throughout the event.
- Adhering to strict food safety and hygiene standards to uphold visitor health and safety.

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanour.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, lively environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry, food service, or related fields is advantageous.
