We have registered a fantastic, senior finance opportunity with one of our most established clients. This is a crucial and varied finance position being recruited on an initial 12-month Fixed-term Contract to cover the existing Finance Manager who will beworking on a finance system project for the company.

**Finance Manager Responsibilities**
- Financial compliance and control
- Financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting

- Management of Finance team

**Finance Manager Requirements**

You will be a qualified accounting professional (ACCA/CIMA) and possess a minimum of 2+years SME financial controller experience ideally within an international SME. Demonstrable experience of managing a finance team is required alongside excellent leadershipand communication skills. You will possess a high level of technical competence and be a self-starter with complex finance tasks. Knowledge of SAP and Sage would be desirable. Experience within a retail environment would be an added bonus Experience in asimilar position is absolutely vital to be able to hit the ground running.

**Location**

The offices are located near Didcot.

This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The standard start and finish times are 8:30am - 5pm.

This is a hybrid position with at least a minimum of 3 days in the office.
