The role
The busy finance team is in need of an extra team member to join them and assist with the Credit and collections duties. In this role, you will be tasked with:
- Accounts receivable and collections
- Engaging in all aspects of invoice admin
- Credit control across multiple group entities
- Weekly Cash allocations
- Track orders and resolve billing queries
- Dealing with multi-currency transactions
- Statement of account reconciliations
- Deal with customer queries
- month end duties
What you'll need to be successful
- Previous credit control experience
- Minimum 5 Grade C at GCSE including English & Maths
- AAT qualified or equivalent experience desired
- Oracle experience would be an advantage
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel user
- The ability to speak Italian or Spanish would be advantageous
- Month end experience
If Successful, In return you will receive:
