Our client is looking for an administrator with excellent interpersonal skills to work closely with the Advisers, Business Development Managers (BDMs) and clients in order to work within a regulated framework providing support and administration servicesto the Advisers and BDMs.

**About the job**:

- Relationship building
- Input data from compliance documentation onto internal and external systems.
- Request information from clients, providers and other third parties for the Para Planner/Adviser/BDM to prepare solutions best suited to individual clients' requirements.
- Assisting in the completion of financial planning tools
- Liaising with financial services providers to request, chase and receive detailed updates within different areas of the financial advice process.
- Managing Adviser/BDM diaries
- Liaising with clients to arrange meetings.
- Researching information from various sources, including providers of financial products
- Reviewing and responding to clients changing needs and financial circumstances for the adviser to present on
- Keeping up to date with financial products and legislation
- Producing financial reports when required:

- Deal with and process any existing client ad-hoc requests efficiently.
- Data Input - MS Office, PipeDrive etc.

**Requirement and skills**
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Excellent negotiation, communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of PipeDrive is an advantage
