The Faculty of Science and Engineering is seeking to appoint to the post of School and Programme Administrator.

The Faculty of Science and Engineering is seeking to appoint to the post of School and Programme Administrator. You will be responsible for the provision of administration services and course/programme support in the Faculty. The overall purpose of the post is to provide a high level of administrative support for staff and students, service courses/programmes, committees, meetings and events and to provide an excellent level of customer service.

Knowledge of SITS or similar student records system is desirable. Experience of working within stipulated regulations and procedures is essential as is experience of working with internal and external stakeholders from a range of cultural backgrounds.

Personal attributes required include a proactive and professional approach, excellent interpersonal skills, good organisational capabilities, ability to meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and the ability to work under pressure.
