We are looking to recruit experienced regeneration professionals with a track record in developing and delivering town centre regeneration projects, from conception through to completion to support and deliver on our UK Shared Prosperity programme, which is a central pillar of the UK government’s Levelling Up agenda.

**The following role is funded by the Shared Prosperity Fund and is full-time, fixed-term, funded post until December 2024**:
**Regeneration Coordinator - Place: Grade 9 (£37,261 - £41,496)**

In return you will be supported to carry out the following duties and responsibilities:

- Council’s UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) Investment Plan.
- Provide support on other related projects within the Business Development Team.
- Under the management of the Principal Officer for Business Development and with support from the team, you will set up and manage processes for the workflow in the above themed areas and monitor and report internally and to the SPF Board as required under the Funding Agreement.
- Liaise with colleagues within the Council, external stakeholders and partners on the delivery of the Fund.
