At Class People, we are always on the lookout for caring Early Years Practitioners that can really make a difference in Nurseries in and around Gloucestershire. We have had a footprint in Gloucestershire for over 20 years, and in that time have developedsome really strong relationships with Nurseries all across the area who are always looking for an Early Years Practitioner.

**As an Early Years Practitioner with Class People, you might have**:

- A qualification in Early Years or Childcare (or Equivalent)
- Experience in supporting Children in an Early Years Setting
- A kind and Caring nature
- Experience working collaboratively in a Supportive setting
- An understanding of the EYFS Framework and the ability to plan for and track progress of children
- A positive and sensitive approach, putting the needs of the students above all else
