Allstaff Professional Services Division are delighted to be partnering with a Medical Devices company in Glasgow City Centre on their search for an Executive Assistant to the CEO. This is an exciting new role, to make your own and work alongside a dedicated team of technologists and experts in respiratory drug delivery.

The Executive Assistant to provide confidential, comprehensive, and professional support to the CEO.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and organise the CEO's calendar, scheduling all appointments
- Conduct research to assist the CEO in preparing for meetings and presentations
- Assume responsibility for office organization, deadline compliance, and management of crucial documents and files
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the leadership team
- Organise and facilitate internal and external meetings, video and teleconference calls, and events
- Accurately track and process expenses for the leadership team
- Ensure efficient flow of correspondence and communication to the CEO
- Proactively manage a busy inbox
- Perform additional duties as assigned, such as supporting the management of team costs

**Experience Required**:

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools
- Experience in handling confidential information with discretion
- Background in working in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Professional demeanour and strong interpersonal skills
