Clinical Psychologist - Band 8a
3 days per week (22.5 hours) - permanent role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Psychologist to join the Perinatal Mental Health Services. The team is a multi-disciplinary team based at Willenhall Primary Care Centre and the post will cover Coventry/Rugby pathway.

The successful applicant will work alongside a wide range of professionals including Nurses, Psychiatrists,Assistant Practoners,Social Workers, Early Years Practioners, Occupational Therapists, Administrative staff and Psychological colleagues to deliver interventions in the community. You will receive regular support and supervision from the Team Manager and Psychology colleagues.
The service received an overall rating of Good by the CQC and an Outstanding for care and compassion of which we are rightly proud. We have also been recognised both locally and nationally by receiving awards for the services we provide.
Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust provides a full range of expanding physical, mental health and learning disability services to children, young adults, adults and older adults over many sites across Coventry, Warwickshire and Solihull.
Services are provided to a population of over one million people living in Coventry and Warwickshire and also a wider geographical area in some of our specialist services, we see on average around 5,000 patients every day.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can work confidently on their own as well as supporting the team. Good communication, problem solving skills and an interest in Perinatal Mental health are essential in this role.
You are required to be a driver with access to a car that can be used for business purposes. An ability to demonstrate the Trust’s vision and values in practice is beneficial. The role has the expectation of supervising junior staff.
