The Commercialiser is looking for someone undaunted by new challenges and who can bring loads of fresh ideas and initiative to help find the best solutions to their in-house projects. This is an exciting opportunity in a newly created role, joining a small team working for a start-up.

Your role will be integral to supporting the company's growth through the delivery and execution of projects throughout the year. To succeed in this role, you will be ambitious, driven to excel and happy to think on your feet, have excellent time management and communication skills, and ultimately be able to deliver results within deadlines and to a very high standard. You will enjoy working autonomously and take full 360 ownership of projects, troubleshoot, and see them to completion.

**Responsibilities**
- Full ownership and delivery of a wide variety of projects; coordinate, manage and execute projects to a high level
- Work alongside and support the CEO in the delivery of projects
- Marketing - manage the development, delivery, and evaluation of key marketing activities
- Event management - responsibility for the delivery and execution of events across the business (in the UK and abroad)
- Website development; updating content, blog and newsletters creation, management of subscribers
- Social Media - social content delivery: create, edit and publish social content across all channels. Innovation: Staying on top of current trends in social media and contributing to platform strategy and development. Community Management: daily monitoring and engaging of our comments, DMs, and tags on social to ensure we are responding to our community and building the brand
- Manage and deliver ad-hoc projects as required

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience in a similar role
- High attention to detail, ability to work autonomously, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Passion for marketing, social media and all things tech related
- Driven to make things happen, a creative thinker with the ability to think outside the box
- Able to research and present ideas and information clearly
- Excellent organisation and communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong social media skills, with marketing and events background
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Driven to succeed and entrepreneurial
- Bachelor's (required)
- Administrative: 1-2 years (required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate

Pay: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
