**THE GIG**

As part of the AMP/ Energy Collective Marketplace Team, this role is responsible for helping to support the execution of global strategies and plans to drive meaningful connection with Cultural Innovators in our top cities around the world. This newly formed Collective, a small but mighty group of Product, Marketing, Sales, Strategy & Operations, will drive the sharp point of our brand’s cultural connectivity with consumers and key AMP accounts globally.

This newly created role, Energy Marketplace Merchandiser, is responsible for supporting the execution of the global AMP Marketplace & Product strategy. With focus on the management of forecasting and helping co-create an allocation-based model, aiding the assorting of the right product into the right distribution point to reach the right consumers to enable our global AMP strategy, and finally owning insights and analytics to unlock the global AMP strategy. This person will work closely with the Head of Global Energy Marketplace and regional AMP and Inline Teams to execute seasonal assortment, manage accurate datasets and reporting, whilst working closely with the Global AMP Product team and wider development and sourcing teams to ensure accurate forecasting, marketplace management and correct investment decisions are made.

As our Energy Marketplace Merchandiser you will be responsible for:

- Supporting the execution of the multi-year global AMP strategy.
- Inputting into the strategic AMP seasonal 'Go to Market' process with the support of regional teams to identify opportunities and best inform line creation, pricing, and strategic decision-making.
- Monitoring assortment performance at both DTC and B2B and understand and analyse market trends/shifts to provide feedback to Global AMP leadership team to continuously improve strategic planning.
- Leveraging data and seasonal sell out performance to have precision in merchandising planning (bottom up and top-down) and to identify key opportunities and gaps to influence future assortment direction.
- Providing input to the end-end Product Collaboration process to ensure accurate data management and commercial opportunity is being met
