**Skilled Labourer - Stirling - Temp to Perm - £12.00 per hour + O/T**

Eco Engineering Installations Ltd is a privately owned multi-disciplined mechanical engineering company which was established in 2010.

The business offers a wide range of engineering services providing practical and effective solutions meeting the needs of its clients. Our team of engineers work on UK, European & International engineering projects.

Our core business model is not restricted to but continues to support the glass industry through the installation, maintenance & decommissioning of mechanical services and specialist machinery. The business works closely with the majority of the UK’s major glass manufacturing plants and in more recent years has expanded operations into Europe and further afield internationally, operating out of Asia, North America and South America.

**Job description**

We are looking to recruit Labourers to work closely with our engineering team. Your role will be to provide general labouring support and assistance to our engineering team, working on a wide range of projects in the UK and Europe.

If you're looking for a 9-5 role, this may not be suitable. Our team can work long hours each week and from time to time in some uncomfortable conditions also working in high temperatures - you will, however, be well remunerated for your work. We also carry out engineering projects across Europe and travel could be required, which can result in time away from home. Please consider this before applying.

**Requirements**:

- Dependable, punctual & reliable
- Work well as part of a team but also have an ability to work independently if required
- Perform setup & clean up tasks on-site & in the workshop
- Operate machinery (training & licences will be provided as necessary)
- Worked in the engineering sector (preferred)
- General maintenance of equipment
- Follow instructions carefully and correctly
- Be dedicated to your own safety and the team around you. Awareness of safety standards and practices (further training on this will be provided)
- Remain calm under pressure
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions (hot & cold / indoor & outdoor)
- Must have a UK driving licence

You will be part of a close-knit, friendly, hard-working and growing team.

Our standard working hours are; Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm
Overtime will be required and you may be asked to work Saturday and Sunday from time to time
- Hourly Rate - £12.00 per hour
- Overtime Rate - £15 per hour
