Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
Conduct cost analysis for materials, labour, and equipment
Assist in the procurement of materials and subcontractor services
Prepare and maintain accurate records of project costs and budgets
Assist in the valuation of work in progress and variation orders
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure cost efficiency and project profitability
Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quantity surveyingRequirements:

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
Previous experience or internship in quantity surveying or construction industry preferred
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quantity surveying software
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop professionallyBenefits:
