Our client are looking for an experienced HR Officer to work with their existing HR Team. The company are very forward thinking and have a good reputation not only commercially but also as an employer. This is a minimum of a 6 month contract and will beworking fully remote. All IT equipment is provided and interviews are carried out through Teams.

The role:
To provide generalist HR advice and support to management across the business.

Give advice and guidance to managers and employees on both formal and informal HR issues and employee relations matters that may occur.

Act as the first point of contact and manage the process of all employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary.

To assist in the recruitment cycle from start to finish, including CV shortlisting, conducting interviews and maintaining the recruitment database.

Administration of the new starter offer process including production of offer letters, contracts, reference requests, personnel folders, and input onto HR system, passing relevant information in a timely manner to payroll and conducting the HR inductionon an employee’s first day.

To organise and facilitate company inductions for new starters.

Manage probationary assessments with new starter’s line managers.

Producing letters and conducting exit interviews with all employees who are leaving the company and give feedback and analysis where appropriate.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience within a similar role, including employee relations

CIPD level 5 qualified

Competent at picking up systems and processes and ability to hit the ground running within an HR Officer role

Excellent communication skills
