Payments Officer

**About the role and our team**

Join our team as a Payments Officer within the Income Tax Division

The main purpose of this role is to support all aspects of customer service and support the Division. You will be receipting and allocating monies paid to the Division, refund overpayments of income tax and national insurance, process invoices for payment on AX, allocate and reconcile Coroners returns.

You will also promote the ITD culture and values by demonstrating a high standard of customer service and professionalism. This will involve dealing with clients both at the public counter and over the telephone.

If you have great customer service skills along with good problem solving abilities, then this could be the role for you
