Fryer / Counter Staff

Duties include:

- Food cooking and preparation including
cutting fish
making batter
oil management
cooking fish, chips and other menu items
- Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and following the rules of health and safety
- Stock control - including stock rotation and ordering
- Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
- Understanding all aspects of the business both back and front of house.
- Undertake all training given both internal and external
As a member of the Fryzguyz Team you will also need to demonstrate strong communication skills, be flexible at all times and thrive when working under pressure (it gets very busy in our kitchen). You should also show initiative, have pride in all aspects of your work and you should relish being part of our award winning team.
