Now celebrating over 50 years in business, we started trading technical drawing equipment in 1973 and have expanded to the extensive range of Office & workplace Supplies we provide today, with over 700 best-selling products.
We are seeking a highly professional and customer-oriented individual to join our team in Customer Service. Working in Customer Service, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company in the Witney area, taking ownership of certain account customers to develop a good working relationship.
**Key Duties: Customer Service**:
- Provide accurate product information
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns
- Resolve customer complaints or warranty issues by investigating the problem and providing appropriate solutions
- Processing customer orders and advising expected delivery dates
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and ensure effective communication -Maintaining online customers EDI systems - Updating inventory Stock feeds
**Skills**:
- Ideally 5 years customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Professional, organised, and resourceful. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to deal with customer inquiries and provide appropriate response
- Ability to work on your own and part of a team - knowledge of Amazon systems and Market Places -Advanced Microsoft Excel - Experience of SAP would be an advantage

Pay: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
