Office Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed
- Assist with various office tasks, such as filing, data entry, and organizing paperwork
- Prepare and send outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed
Qualifications:
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
- 1-2 years of administrative or office experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional demeanor and customer service skills
We are looking for part-time and full-time staff, with a maximum of 35 hours per week. The schedule will be determined based on the needs of the business.

**Salary**: £805.00-£1,400.00 per month
