This is an exciting time for Jet Aire, we have a Planner/Scheduler role available based from our Newcastle depot.

To deliver all support functions in terms of planning and scheduling (reactive and pre-planned works streams). Your main aim is to provide a first-class service, always ensuring work is carried out efficiently and effectively while being mindful of the commercial impact.

**Deep diving more into the role**:

- To utilise available resource to attend to reactive works, pre-planned work's and ad-hoc, requests efficiently, and to ensure full utilisation of resources by considering all streams of work.
- Be proactive in the planning and pre-planning of work to ensure there is no unproductive time.
- Review outstanding works orders with a view to 'shelving' jobs and creating a work stack to be delivered during off-peak period.
- To adhere to client processes in delivering agreed service level agreements, while also working efficiently and effectively with the commercial impact of your actions always in mind.
- Screen incoming works orders from the client to ensure they contain all the relevant and accurate details before forwarding to the appropriate operational unit(s).

**About you**:
Coming from a similar role ideally, however if you are fantastic at diary management, have a strong administration background, methodical in the way you work and can handle logistic challenges I want to hear from you
