**Description**:
As a Cost Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in our Finance department, working alongside a team of four dedicated professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to support cost management processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with established procedures.

**Application Process**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take the lead in data input, maintaining financial records for accuracy and completeness.
- Examine financial documents, invoices, and expense reports to identify discrepancies and rectify them promptly.
- Demonstrate advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions, for financial data analysis and report generation.
- Assist in monitoring compliance with financial policies and procedures, making recommendations for improvements when necessary.

**About You**:

- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a finance or accounting department.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset.
