Financial Controller

Ebtech Energy Systems specialises in the supply and installation of renewable energy heating installations for the commercial, industrial, horticultural and agricultural industries, particularly specialising in heat pump technologies, biomass heating installations and decarbonisation.

We are operating in a fast growing industry with visions for fast growth and expansion.

We are seeking an experienced financial controller to oversee all accounting functions in the business.

The primary duties of a financial controller vary but primarily include:

- Managing all day-to-day accounting operations usually provides Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition.
- Coordinating the preparation of the budget and financial forecasting and reporting any variances.
- Preparing and publishing all monthly financial statements.
- Creating reports (annual and monthly) which identify results, trends and forecasts.
- Ensuring all transactions are recorded, filed and reported correctly.
- Make sure reporting meets compliant standards with statutory law and financial regulations.
- Documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain internal controls.
- Streamlining and improving all operations and accounting systems.
- Coordinating the management of cash flow, debt and debt collection.
- Supervising and managing financial department staff
- Overseeing the audit process and liaising with external personnel where required.
- Support the business with the financial strategy and decision-making processes
Presenting reports to board members, senior executives, and board members.

Salary quoted as an example but dependant on experience

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brough, HU15 2EA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
