**Location**:Best Western Cresta Court Hotel

**Contract type**: Permanent

**Hours of work**:24 hours per week.

We have a fantastic new vacancy for a Reservation Agent at the Cresta Court Hotel - Altrincham with 148 bedrooms, 6 Meeting and Events rooms, plus our Townfield Bar and Restaurant, this is a 24/7 property where you will never be bored

Attention to detail and wanting to succeed is a key for success at Cresta Court. We now have an exciting opportunity to join our sales team and are looking for an enthusiastic reservationist to join our team

We pride ourselves on offering training and development to our team and we can do this not only at the Cresta Court Hotel but also across our whole group of properties.

**About the role**:

- As a Reservations Agent you will support the reception team to input accommodation bookings into computerised system
- Handle all enquiries and bookings, offering an efficient service as per the standard operating procedures
- Communicating and liaising with other departments within the hotel
- Be flexible

**What is the hotel looking for?**
- Previous Reservations experience in a hotel
- Previous experience using Opera would be an advantage although not essential as full training will be given
- A commitment to delivering high levels of customer care
- A smart and professional appearance
- A positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to remain calm whilst under pressure
- Computer literacy
